Site Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Experience in vertical or horizontal construction is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, project scheduling, and quality control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (knowledge in other engineering software is a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be assigned to project site

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities
• Ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment on site
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and project documentation
