Site Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure that all works are implemented according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, workers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the progress of ongoing works.
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Identify and immediately address technical issues and site concerns.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Safety Officer, and other members of the project team.
• Ensure that construction activities are completed within the approved project schedule.
• Assist in quantity checking, measurements, and preparation of work accomplishment reports when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) is preferred.
• With relevant experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
• Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to different project locations.
