What they need
Description
- Oversee Construction projects from start to finish ensuring high quality standards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and project managers to meet client desired and project goals.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulation.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including reports and estimates.
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and delegation of tasks on site.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferably, 1-2 years of experience yet fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Skills & Competencies: Good decision making skills, Proficient in Excel, Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Qualities & Traits: Strong aptitude for accurate estimation.
