Site Engineer

Job Descriptions

• To provide design & engineering supervision for construction projects;
• Carry out overall structural analysis & design of temporary works during all phases of projects;
• Participate in the preparation of method statements, shop drawings and other technical related matters;
• Identify potential engineering problems with recommended solutions;
• Carry out inspection of works and material in according to quality plans;
• Liaise with Architect/ Client/ Consultants and sub-contractors for technical matters;
• Perform the role of Technically Competent Person (TCP) as specified in Site;
• Assist in implementation of Site Safety Supervision Plan.

Job Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Civil / Construction Engineering / Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or equivalent;
• Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers is an advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Independent, responsible, analytical and well-organized with good interpersonal skills;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Engineer.
