Site Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferably a licensed/registered Engineer

• With experience in construction, site supervision, project management, or installation works is an advantage.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, measurements, and basic engineering principles.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple site activities.

• Willing to travel to different project sites.

• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Physically capable of performing regular site visits and inspections.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and installation works.

• Ensure that construction and installation works are performed according to approved plans, specifications, and standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, workers, clients, and other project personnel.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor the progress and quality of work.

• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation.

• Identify and report site issues, delays, defects, or discrepancies and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Ensure that workers follow proper work procedures and company safety policies.

• Assist in preparing project schedules and monitoring completion against target dates.

• Coordinate with the office regarding project requirements, material requests, manpower, and site concerns.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
