About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil / Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable engineering standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret engineering plans, designs, and technical documents.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project requirements.
• Identify site issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and risks.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and resource management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional License is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of engineering design, including planning, analysis, and construction methodologies.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in site construction projects.
• Proven experience in handling, supervising, and managing construction personnel and project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and quality standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related tools.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites anywhere in the Philippines, and work extended hours if needed.
