Site Engineer

As a Project Site Engineer, you will oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, particularly those involving the installation and integration of SMARTHOUSE CORP. You will coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves liaising between the office and field teams, managing contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• years of experience in construction or project site engineering, focusing on electrical systems, smart home technologies, or building construction.
• Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or smart home integration projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, and electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required).
• Safety certifications (OSHA, First Aid, etc.).
