About the role

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations
• Monitor construction progress and report regularly to the Project Manager
• Ensure sufficient materials, tools, and manpower are available to meet project schedules
• Enforce site safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies at all times
• Inspect workmanship quality and rectify any defects or non-conformance when necessary
• Maintain daily site records, reports, and site documentation
• Ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with the approved construction schedule

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering and related field
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience
• Experience in jack in pile and micro pile is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt to the construction site working environment
• Proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
