An established and highly regarded construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join their team on a landmark Gold Coast residential development.

About the Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineers, you will assist with the day-to-day delivery of a major luxury high-rise development in Broadbeach.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
• Monitor construction progress and project milestones.
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings, QA documentation and reporting.
• Assist with procurement, programming and project coordination.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Coordinator.
• Experience on commercial or residential building projects.
• High-rise or multi-storey experience highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification.
