Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities from start to completion. The role is responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered and Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) is required
• At least 2 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or a related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving both automatic and manual vehicles
• Willing to be assigned to project sites in Batangas and Cagayan de Oro
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different project locations as required

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage daily construction site operations and activities
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and manpower requirements
• Prepare and submit regular site progress and monitoring reports
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards
• Identify, address, and resolve site-related issues and technical concerns in a timely manner
• Monitor and ensure proper implementation of construction methods and procedures
• Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies
• Assist in coordinating inspections, testing, punch listing, and project turnover activities
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, instructions, inspections, and project progress
