Site Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in complex and large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record in handling high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong personality with leadership qualities, initiative, and resilience under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction project tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites as required.

Job Description:

• Assist and provide guidance for the team on site regarding technical and contractual issues
• Ensure all the works are done according to the master schedule
• Test, investigate, and seek ITP approval (for CSA & MEP) for all incoming materials on site
• Ensure all incoming materials are based on determined technical specification
• Create and organize key schedule and weekly and monthly report
