Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily site activities
• Coordinate and manage site workers effectively
• Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and safety standards
• Prepare and submit site reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in post-tensioning (PT works preferred)
• Hands-on experience with PT systems (1–2 years)
• Willing to be based in Penang
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese (due to project requirements)
• Strong leadership skills to manage skilled workers
