Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage various phases of our construction and facility projects. You will provide essential technical support to subcontractors, supervise on-site staff, and ensure that all project packages are completed on time, within budget, and fully aligned with legal, contractual, and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Inspect facilities, test material and structure integrity, evaluate operations, and suggest technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Compile estimates for technical and material requirements and operating costs, while directing engineering activities and assigning tasks.
• Create and adjust work schedules to meet deadlines and collaborate with management to align engineering activities with business objectives.
• Research environmental impacts, incorporate eco-friendly features into design plans, and present clear project reports to stakeholders.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, Building, or a related field.
• State-issued certification or engineering license.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Familiarity with scientific analysis, graphics, and map creation software.
• Strong knowledge of building, health, and safety regulations.
• Proven technical abilities, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven track record in managing personnel and material resources.
