SITE ENGINEER

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities at construction sites to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with project managers, quality control officer, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage construction activities on site, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

3. Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations based on project requirements and timeline objectives.

4. Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with project requirements.

5. Coordinate with design teams and consultants to address design changes, technical issues, and construction challenges, and provide timely solutions to maintain project momentum.

6. Manage and maintain site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and construction documentation to track project milestones and ensure accountability.

7. Conduct quality control assessments and inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and construction methods, and implement corrective actions as needed to uphold project quality standards.

8. Support the implementation of safety protocols and procedures on site to promote a safe working environment and minimize risks to personnel, equipment, and property.

9. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to provide project updates, address concerns, and facilitate smooth project coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferably with valid professional certification or licensure in engineering or construction.
• With at least one (1) year experience working as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software, CAD tools, and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a non-professional or professional driver's license.
