Site Engineer

SALARY RANGE

RM4,000 – RM5,800 + Commission

We are looking for a responsible and committed Site Engineer who is able to manage multiple project sites independently, coordinate effectively with project teams, and ensure smooth site operations. Candidates with experience in QS-related work and progress claims will have an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 years in related fields preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and work progress
• Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on site matters
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation including site progress reports, daily records, and site photos
• Assist in site planning, manpower arrangement, and material coordination
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure completed works meet required standards
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or site issues promptly
• Assist Management with any additional assigned tasks
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on progress claims
• Assist with basic QS-related matters including measurement, claim documentation, and coordination with consultants/clients

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience preferred
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel & Word
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay
• Independent, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Able to work 6 days a week and handle pressure
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site
