Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure all works align with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements
• Monitor on-site progress against the construction schedule, coordinating labor, plant, and material deployments
• Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, progress photos, quantity measurements, and variation records
• Prepare and compile technical submissions, including method statements, material submission, and shop drawings for formal approval
• Supervise subcontractor performance on-site, serving as the frontline point of contact to resolve technical issues and maintain productivity
• Assist in managing project interfaces, utility coordination, and tracking temporary works compliance on-site
• Attend site meeting and liaise with all parties to resolve frontline site issues

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil engineering projects
• Experience in large scale civil engineering projects from main contractor is an advantage
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Primavera P6, BIM applications) is an advantage
