Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate site activities related to steel structures, fabrication, erection, and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and according to project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including steel fabrication and erection.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Coordinate with fabrication, production, and installation teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, and handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience.
• Experience in steel structures, structural steel fabrication & erection, PEB, metal works, or construction.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates available in the UAE and able to join immediately are preferred.
