Site Engineer

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Site Engineers to join our team in Indore for upcoming hotel and resort construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, and project execution.

Candidates with experience in hotel, resort, commercial, residential, or other large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within planned timelines.
• Check quality of civil, structural, finishing, and related construction work.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Monitor manpower, material usage, and daily site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and management for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and contractor management.
• Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
• Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Good understanding of construction quality and safety practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.

Eligibility

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site engineering.
• Experience in hotel, resort, commercial, residential, or similar construction projects preferred.
• Candidates who can independently handle site activities and coordinate with contractors are encouraged to apply.
