Site Engineer

About the role

WORKSWELL ENTERPRISES INC is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to supervise the Retail Renovation inside SM Nuvali, Santa Rosa Laguna

Key responsibilities

• Constant coordination with the 3 parties: Mall Administration, Cityhall Engineering Office and Workswell Renovations Team (The tier: Architect, Purchaser and Project Head)

• Check attendance of Workers and their OUTPUT per day.

• Daily Reporting on the following

  • Progress of the renovation

    • photo of Output / result of worker's performance per day

• Problems encountered and proposed solution

• Items / materials received in the site

• Documentation

  • Gatepass, workpermit, other forms needed
  • Building Permit and Occupancy Permit Application
  • Test reports

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and material availability

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer or similar role on construction or engineering projects
• The project contract shall run for not more than 3 months.
• The site supervision shall start at 1:00pm to 9:00pm
