Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site construction and project execution.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and government regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and accomplishment reports.
• Resolve technical issues and recommend practical site solutions.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• With relevant experience in government infrastructure projects (e.g., DPWH, LGU, or other public works projects).
• Knowledge of construction standards, project documentation, and site management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
