SITE ENGINEER

About the role

To manage and ensure proper project management, planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects. To handle and prepare submission to Client or Engineer and be responsible for submit of progress reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure proper project management, planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects
• Handle and prepare submission to Client or Engineer
• Submit progress reports
• Ensure the work of sub-contractors are executed in accordance to drawings and specifications
• Ensure site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Attend site meeting, operation meeting, client/consultant and sub-contractor meeting
• Control and maintain all aspects of site safety and ensure timely completion of construction works
• Report daily site progress, issues and delays to the Project Manager
• Assist in preparing site progress report, material take-off and documentation
• Supervise daily construction activities at site, especially bore pile and foundation works

About you

• Must have experience in bore pile / foundation works

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and technical coordination

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiar with safety requirements and construction standards

• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution
