Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at the project site. The candidate should have hands-on experience in structure, finishing, and interior works and be capable of ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Manage structural, civil, finishing, and interior works.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Check the quality of construction and finishing work.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, and other finishing/interior works.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and report project/site updates regularly.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of building construction and site execution.
• Hands-on experience in structure to finishing and interior works.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
