Site Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure proper execution of work.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, contractors, and other site staff.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship and report any issues immediately.
• Ensure proper measurements and maintain daily site records and work progress reports.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper organization at the work site.
• Monitor project progress and submit daily updates to management.
• Perform other site-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
• Knowledge of safety and quality requirements.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
• Experience in supervising workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Experience in monitoring work progress, materials, quality, and safety.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications may be considered based on company requirements.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
