Site Engineer

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities
• Implement COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate and oversee skilled and non-skilled manpower effectively
• Monitor and evaluate weekly work progress and subcontractor performance
• Prepare, review, and update site reports, schedules, and documentation
• Ensure proper use of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project goals
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions under pressure
• Conduct quality checks to ensure standards and specifications are met
• Manage resources efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns
• Work extended hours when required to meet deadlines
• Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft software for project planning, reporting, and documentation
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly to management and client

Site Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• A driver's license (advantage)
• Experience in a similar role.
• Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
