What they need
Site Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor degrees in CIVIL Engineering with License
- 3 years of experience in High-end residential
- 5 years of experience in construction
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes is crucial for effective decision-making and problem-solving.
- Must have strong Leadership and Communication
- Problem-Solving Abilities
- Organizational Skills
- Must be experienced in Safety and Regulatory Compliance
- Software Proficiency
- COSH Certificate is an advantage
- Experienced in handling a project from pre-con to post-construction
- Experienced in fitouts for High End Residential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
