Site Engineer

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Check drawings, dimensions, levels, and site measurements before execution.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with required quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely delivery to the site.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants/client representatives.
• Identify technical or site-related issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote safe working practices.
• Verify subcontractor work quantities and assist with measurements and billing.
• Maintain records of inspections, approvals, drawings, RFIs, and site instructions.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities where applicable.
• Assist with snagging, rectification, and project handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant construction/site engineering experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary site teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
