Site Engineer – ConstructionQualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
• Minimum 2–5 years of construction site experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic quantity/measurement calculations.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Relevant engineering registration/certification, where applicable.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Review and interpret civil/structural drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of work.
• Check dimensions, levels, quantities, and completed works.
• Raise and follow up Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and related site documentation.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site records.
• Identify technical problems and coordinate with the Project Manager/Construction Manager for solutions.
• Ensure construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor material usage and ensure only approved materials are used.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and corrective works.
• Assist with as-built drawings, handover documentation, and project close-out.
• Attend site coordination meetings and provide technical updates.
• Ensure work is completed according to the required quality, schedule, and project specifications.

Preferred Experience

Civil construction experience in buildings, villas, commercial projects, infrastructure, roads, or other construction projects.

Minimum requirement: Engineering qualification is mandatory — preferably B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
