Site Engineer (Construction / Interior Fit-Out)
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors and workers, ensuring construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining project schedules, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction and interior fit-out activities on site.
Review approved drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure work progresses according to project schedules.
Conduct site inspections and identify technical or construction-related issues.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and work completion records.
Monitor material delivery, usage, and site storage.
Resolve site coordination issues and report delays or variations.
Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and housekeeping requirements.
Assist in inspections, snagging, rectification, and project handover.
Required Skills: AutoCAD, technical drawing interpretation, site supervision, project coordination, MS Office, construction methods, and HSE awareness.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out, retail, commercial, or F&B projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading complex interior blueprints.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving under tight deadlines, leadership, and contractor coordination.
• Arabic Speaker Only
