Site Engineer

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of automation products at client sites and provide timely technical support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and control panels at customer sites.
• Provide remote and on-site support to clients for breakdowns, performance issues, and upgrades.
• Conduct routine maintenance and health checks of installed systems.
• Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and issue logs.
• Document feedback and recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Projects, R&D, and Software teams for technical support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with the Stores and Purchase departments for spare parts and tools.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
