What they need
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc)
- 10+ years of relevant civil engineering site experience
- GCC experience preferred
- Strong experience in mega-infrastructure and aviation/airport construction projects
- Proven track record in supervising daily site operations, structural works, and subcontractor execution
- Proficient in interpreting structural drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules
- Experienced in QA/QC compliance, site inspection requests, and safety standard enforcement
- Strong ability to track project timelines, identify site bottlenecks, and implement field solutions
- Able to coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, surveyors, and HSE teams
- Excellent leadership, site management, and communication skills
