Key responsibilities
- Study plans and establish work procedures, budgets, material quality standards, and construction standards
- Calculate timeframes and workforce requirements, and coordinate with contractors for timely work execution
- Contact and coordinate with manufacturers to procure materials according to specified quality and price
- Prepare planning and progress reports for management and relevant stakeholders
- Inspect work during construction and before handover to ensure compliance with standards and make corrections as needed
