Site Engineer

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. ( with Valid Driving License )

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma holder – Mandatory
• Previous experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred
• Knowledge of fit-out works, site coordination, and construction drawings
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with different project stakeholders

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator to join our team. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and internal project teams
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, quality, and site safety
• Ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule and planned deadlines
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical/coordination requirements to the Project Manager
• Coordinate and assist during consultant/client inspections and site visits
• Check site measurements, work progress, and material requirements
• Maintain daily site reports, material delivery records, inspection records, and other project documentation
• Assist in resolving site coordination and technical issues
• Ensure proper housekeeping and smooth workflow at the project site
• Follow company procedures and maintain professional standards at all times

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of fit-out projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
