Hiring a Site Engineer in Dubai

Site Engineers remain in steady demand across Dubai and the wider UAE as contractors deliver high-rise, commercial and industrial building projects. The role typically sits within an active project team, reporting to a Project Manager, and owns technical coordination between design, procurement, subcontractors and site execution. Contractors hiring at this level usually need someone who has already spent years physically on major sites, able to join a running project and take on documentation, quality and schedule responsibility without a long ramp-up.
