What they need
Site Engineer | Salary: AED 7,000–8,000/month
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and site works.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and materials.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical and site issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and technical drawings.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
