Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi and support the execution of road and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for road and infrastructure works.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily productivity.
• Review drawings and coordinate with surveyors and other site disciplines.
• Raise inspection requests and ensure works meet required quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project procedures.
• Support the project team in achieving planned progress and timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in road construction, earthworks, drainage, utilities, asphalt, and related infrastructure works.
• UAE road/infrastructure contracting experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
