Job Description: Site Engineer

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and engineering projects. You will work closely with Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Consultant & Designers, Subcontractors and other project key personnel to ensure effective coordination of technical activities, project implementation, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction and site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved plans and schedules.
• Assist the Project Engineer/Manager in implementing project activities and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Maintain daily site reports, logs, and documentation of work progress.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bid/Tender Documents.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site and monitor deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and risks, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in resolution of technical and site-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
• Assist in contract administration, including reviewing change orders, claims, and project documentation.
• Participate in site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and management.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned to support project completion
• Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time to support office or project operations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction and fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.
• Knowledge in Photoshop and MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to report to the Quezon City office and travel to project sites within and outside Metro Manila.
• With a valid Driver’s License is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
