Site Engineer

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineering.

• Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters.

• Applicants must be willing to relocate to the following locations:

  • Tanza, Cavite
  • Laurel, Batangas
  • Boracay

Duties and Responsibilities:

a.      Monitors and inspect construction progress and materials delivery to ensure that the project quality is aligned with FCDs.

b.      Provides and recommends possible solutions to all site related concerns to immediate superior.

c.      Reports daily project progress to immediate superior.

d.      Coordinates all project deliverables with vendors and suppliers within an established project timeline.

e.      Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the quality and productivity.

f.       Identify and report possible risk to avoid delays.

g.      Confidentiality of site documents.

h.      Prepares Project close-out of punchlist and project turn over.

i.       Enforce and maintain project safety and healthy work environment based on COSH.

j.       Reports findings on non-compliance to GERI policies, rules, and regulations such as violation of safety rules, pilferages, connivance, conflict of interest, etc., and non-compliance to government and private rules and regulations regarding safety civil, and structural works.

k.      Monitors and updates status of PR and PO approval.

l.       Submission of work inspection request, turn over record, T&C results, concrete pouring request and as built plans.

Analyze cost and time impact of responded RFI and RFA for possible change orders.
