Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our project execution team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

This is a hands-on role suitable for an engineer who enjoys site execution, coordination, problem-solving and working with construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure proper execution of works.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Study and understand shop drawings, technical drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor façade, glass, aluminium, interior and related installation works.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Check dimensions, levels, alignment and installation quality at site.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower and site requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor work progress against project schedules.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and installation teams.
• Assist in quantity measurements, material requirements and site planning.
• Conduct inspections and assist with snagging, rectification and project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in site execution is preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and basic site measurements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.
• Knowledge of façade, glass, aluminium, interiors or architectural works will be an added advantage.
