Site Engineer

1. Proven 5 years experience in Outside Plant (OSP) Maintenance and telecommunications field operations as field supervisor.

2. Proficient in operating and interpreting OTDR, OPM, and Light Source test equipment.

3. Experienced in calibrating fiber optic testing equipment.

4. Strong ability to read and interpret as-built drawings and engineering plans.

5. Comprehensive knowledge of fiber optic and copper cable installation and maintenance standards.

6. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing field teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, internal management, and GSA.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

8. Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.

10. Willing to travel and work on-site as required.

12. Travel: NCR Area to support the travel within city within the day.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
