Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry. The candidate will be responsible for site installation, commissioning, project execution, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise site installation, erection, and commissioning activities for manufacturing equipment and industrial automation systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure installation and commissioning activities are completed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Handle mechanical assembly, equipment installation, alignment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, production, and automation teams during project execution.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, material availability, and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and site regulations.
• Identify technical issues at the site and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Support testing, trial runs, and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with customers for site inspections, approvals, and project handover.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of tools, equipment, and manpower at the site.
• Follow up on pending materials, spares, and technical requirements with the concerned departments.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in site engineering, project execution, installation, or commissioning.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, production equipment, assembly lines, and automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Experience in handling contractors, technicians, and site manpower.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
