Site Engineer

growing technical services company based in Dubai is hiring a Site Engineer to join a specialist field team.

You will be trained from day one. Your first two to three weeks are a structured training programme covering leak detection investigation methods and waterproofing systems. After training, you will work independently on site across residential and commercial properties in Dubai, carrying out investigations, supervising remediation works, and producing written technical reports.

No prior leak detection experience is needed. We are looking for a solid site engineer with a good technical mind who can learn quickly and work independently.

What You Will Do

• Investigate water ingress across residential and commercial buildings including roofs, wet areas, facades, basements, and slabs
• Use diagnostic equipment including thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, and pressure testing tools to identify the source of leaks
• Supervise and carry out waterproofing and sealing works on site
• Document all findings with photographs and site notes
• Prepare clear written investigation reports for clients detailing findings and recommended works
• Communicate findings to building owners, property managers, and developers on site

Training Programme

When you join, you go through a structured two to three week training period covering:

• How to carry out a professional leak investigation from arrival to report
• Operation of thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, acoustic devices, and pressure testing equipment
• Waterproofing system types and correct application methods
• Report writing to a professional standard

By the end of training, you will be deploying on live projects with supervision from our senior engineer, progressing to independent site work shortly after.

Who We Are Looking For

Site engineers from civil, MEP, building maintenance, facilities management, or construction supervision backgrounds are all welcome. If you are technically minded, methodical on site, and can write a clear report in English, you are the profile we are looking for.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience on construction or building maintenance sites
• Able to write clear, structured reports in English
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on site
• Must be currently based in the UAE

Preferred

• UAE driving license
• Any site experience involving building envelope, MEP systems, or facilities maintenance
• Experience dealing directly with clients or building managers

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,800.00 per month
