Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Site Engineer with experience in industrial construction projects to manage site execution, supervise construction activities, and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day industrial construction site activities.
• Read and interpret civil and structural drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor construction work, including RCC, structural work, foundations, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
• Monitor manpower productivity and material consumption at the site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate with the project manager and other departments to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of site supervision, quality control, and safety practices.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
