Site Engineer

ROLE PURPOSE

The Site Specialist is responsible for the daily supervision and management of construction activities at the project site. This role ensures that manpower, materials, tools, and equipment are properly allocated and utilized to meet project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. The Site Specialist acts as the on-site representative of the Operations Department, ensuring smooth coordination between the workforce, subcontractors, and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manpower & Deployment

· Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring tasks are executed according to plans and schedules.

· Assign and monitor manpower deployment to optimize productivity.

Safety & Compliance

· Monitor workers’ compliance with PPE and safety protocols.

· Assist in incident reporting and implementation of corrective measures.

Materials, Tools & Equipment

· Monitor material usage, delivery, and storage at site.

· Coordinate requests for tools, equipment, and consumables to avoid work delays.

· Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and accountability of company assets assigned to the site.

Quality & Progress Monitoring

· Oversee workmanship and conduct daily inspections to maintain quality standards.

· Track work progress against schedules and report slippages or issues to the Operations Head.

· Assist in preparing daily accomplishment reports, timekeeping, and other required site documentation.

Cost Control & Documentation

· Monitor site expenses, petty cash (if assigned), and ensure proper documentation.

· Submit daily manpower reports, work progress updates, and incident logs.

· Support Operations Head in preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Client Relations & Development

· Serve as on-site coordinator for subcontractors and suppliers.

· Assist in client site visits and address immediate concerns within authority limits.

· Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders while upholding company standards.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
