Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at residential project sites, including high-rise buildings, apartments, and villas.
• Execute civil works as per approved architectural, structural, and GFC drawings.
• Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, planning engineers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Monitor RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
• Verify measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions to ensure accuracy of construction work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate quality checks at various stages of construction.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requirement reports, manpower reports, and site activity updates.
• Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure the availability and efficient utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify site issues, execution delays, and drawing discrepancies, and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
• Maintain records of material consumption, site measurements, inspection requests, and work completion.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and construction quality requirements.
• Support project planning, quantity estimation, measurement verification, and billing activities as required.
• Coordinate snagging, rectification, and handover activities to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and residential building execution.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and GFC drawings.
• Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
• Good understanding of quality control procedures and construction safety practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD for site coordination and reporting.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–10 years of experience in civil site execution within residential real estate or high-rise building projects.
• Experience working with reputed real estate developers or construction companies will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be willing to work at project sites and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
