This role is for engineers who'd rather be on a rooftop than behind a desk. You'll own solar projects from design validation to commissioning — managing crews, inspecting installations, resolving field issues, and making sure every system gets built right and closed clean.

The role

• Manage concurrent residential and commercial solar installations end-to-end
• Validate PV designs for constructability; conduct pre-installation site visits
• Direct installation crews and inspect work quality on site
• Verify electrical test results: string voltages, insulation resistance, grounding
• Handle permits — electrical, building, barangay, net metering, DU interconnection
• Lead commissioning and complete client turnover with full documentation
• Track project budgets, flag cost overruns, and manage subcontractor billings

What we're looking for

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 1-3 years in project management, engineering coordination, or construction
• Solar PV project experience strongly preferred
• Photovoltaic (PV) Systems Installation NC II is an advantage
• Familiar with PEC, DOE net metering, and LGU permit processes
• Can read SLDs, layout plans, and technical specs independently
• Organized, field-ready, and comfortable making decisions on the ground
• Valid driver's license; willing to do frequent site visits
• Willing to work on weekends (5 day-workweek, but schedule will cover weekends)

Nice to have

REE or RME license · PMP certification · AutoCAD · ERC interconnection background · EPC or renewable energy experience
