What they need
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
- With COSH Certification
- With at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
- Background in land development is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project for scheduling and monitoring).
- Solid understanding of construction methods, structural design, and building materials.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, site development plans, and technical drawings.
- Knowledgeable in quality control and assurance procedures to ensure compliance with standards and project specifications.
