Site Engineer

About the role

Site Engineer responsible for quality, progress and safety supervision and inspection of structured cabling construction sites in strict accordance with design drawings and industry specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality, progress and safety supervision and inspection of the structured cabling construction site in strict accordance with the design drawings and industry specifications, and timely find and correct construction deviations
• Be responsible for the on-site team management of the construction site, reasonably assign construction tasks, control construction procedures, and ensure construction efficiency and project schedule progress
• Connect with CAD design engineers and project managers, feed back on-site construction problems, put forward reasonable construction adjustment suggestions, and promote the implementation of the design scheme
• Supervise the on-site use of construction materials, control material loss, and ensure that material use meets the requirements of the project list
• Record the construction log of the construction site, sort out various data and problems in the construction process, and compile the on-site construction progress report
• Coordinate all resources on the construction site, handle sudden construction problems, and maintain the on-site construction order
• Communicate the on-site construction situation with the project team and foreign partners in English, and synchronize the construction progress and problem handling results

About you

• University degree or above, major in Architectural Engineering, Weak Current Engineering, Structured Cabling, Engineering Management and other related majors is preferred
• Have experience in structured cabling construction management, proficient in structured cabling construction technology, acceptance standards and on-site operation processes
• Able to proficiently interpret structured cabling design drawings, accurately control construction details, and ensure that construction meets design specifications and project requirements
• Have good team management ability, can effectively coordinate construction personnel, reasonably arrange construction procedures, and improve construction efficiency
• Have basic or above English communication skills, able to understand English technical requirements and conduct daily work oral and written communication
• Familiar with on-site construction safety management specifications, have strong problem-solving ability, and can handle on-site emergencies in a timely manner
• Able to adapt to on-site work in Metro Manila / Pasay City / Parañaque, with a strong sense of responsibility, good pressure resistance, and attention to construction details
