SITE ENGINEER

To plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities to ensure construction works are executed according to project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist Project Manager in planning and scheduling daily site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project progress.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or site issues promptly.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to QA/QC standards and company policies.
• Work closely with Safety Officer to implement and maintain site safety requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare site measurement records, material request forms, and progress claims.
• Maintain updated site records, reports, and photos.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical feedback when required.

Technical Support

• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Provide technical input to improve work quality and solve site challenges.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction projects
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
