• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field . 2 to 4 years of proven experience in on-site construction work and structural engineering . Strong understanding of quality control and site safety practices .

• Experience using construction management tools like AutoCAD,MS Project,etc

• Supervise and coordinate construction site activities

• Monitor daily project progress and maintain accurate records

• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

• Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

• Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment

• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and project plans

• Identify and resolve on-site issues effectively

• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to the management team
