Educational Requirements
- Degree or Diploma: A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor-of-Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering. A 3-year diploma in civil engineering is also accepted for junior roles.
Job Purpose
The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site execution, technical verification, and trade coordination on active construction projects. With 2 years of field experience, the candidate will act as the key technical link between structural/architectural drawings and real-world construction, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and up to specification.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Technical Supervision
- Read, interpret, and cross-reference architectural, structural, and drawings prior to execution.
- Perform setting-out operations (column marking, grid setting, level checks) using Total Stations, Auto Levels, and layout tools.
- Direct and supervise foremen, sub-contractors, and daily labor crews to ensure work matches approved drawings.
- Identify on-site technical discrepancies early and report them to senior engineers or design consultants for resolution.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
